With the appointment of two new leaders to its team, Litehouse is making strategic moves to increase its capabilities and bolster its brand. Recently, the company named Andy Juarez as Vice President of Operations and Ryan Whitchurch as Director of Consumer Marketing, each bringing invaluable expertise to the table.
Juarez joins Litehouse with 18 years of engineering experience at Tree Top, where he led multi-site operations, maintenance, and engineering. As a licensed Professional Engineer, Juarez has developed and executed successful capital improvement programs around innovation and cost savings to support growth according to a press release.
In his new role, Juarez will utilize his strong background in processing, strategic planning, and problem-solving to lead all aspects of manufacturing, quality, and R&D. He will also lead engineering operations at Litehouse, including driving the company’s focus on lean manufacturing principles, best practices, and personnel development.
Whitchurch, on the other hand, will be bringing years of integrated marketing experience from top agencies including Edelman, Catalyst/Endeavor and Ketchum. There, he worked with globally recognized brands including Procter & Gamble, Sunkist, Samsung, and more.
As Director of Consumer Marketing, he will drive strategy for integrated marketing campaigns and lead agency teams and partners across shopper and digital marketing, social, PR, and advertising programs.
Both of the new hires will be supporting the Litehouse portfolio of brands including, Veggiecraft Farms, Sky Valley, and Organicville, the release noted.
