Partners Warehouse, a portfolio company of Red Arts Capital, is excited to announce the acquisition of PSS Distribution Services (“PSS”), a leading third-party logistics (“3PL”) provider specializing in warehousing, distribution, and value-added services on the East Coast of the United States. This strategic acquisition is another step in extending Partners Warehouse’s operational footprint into the nation’s top 3PL service regions, and will strengthen its expertise in the food and ingredients sector, enhance its service capabilities, and improve the business’ capacity to support existing and new clients who require a service provider with a national footprint.
With headquarters in Jamesburg, New Jersey, PSS brings extensive experience across multiple industries, including food, grocery, retail, food service, DSD and e-commerce. Known for its state-of-the-art facilities, PSS offers food-grade warehousing options and a comprehensive suite of logistics, distribution, and value-added solutions that streamline operations for its clients and improve supply chain efficiency.
“This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Partners Warehouse’s expansion strategy,” said Nick Antoine, Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and Managing Partner of Red Arts Capital. “The addition of PSS enables us to grow our capacity and broaden our service offerings, delivering greater value to our clients at a time when demand for warehousing space continues to rise.”
Stefan Freeman, CEO of Partners Warehouse, added, “Our collaboration with Red Arts Capital has been key to making this acquisition a reality. Their industry expertise and support have been instrumental in expanding our reach to the Atlantic Coast, allowing us to offer exceptional supply chain solutions to a wider range of clients.”
Red Arts Capital’s investment in Partners Warehouse, beginning in January 2022, and this latest acquisition underscore its commitment to building value in the logistics and warehousing space. Partners Warehouse, based in Elwood, Illinois, operates over two million square feet of warehousing and rail transloading facilities across eight strategic locations in Illinois, California, and Dallas.
