Already known for its powdered nut butters and plant-based foods, PB2’s brand-new lineup features roasted peanut flour and innovative resealable packaging to boost freshness. According to a release, the mixes are also 100 percent gluten-free, vegan, kosher, and contain no GMOs.
Shoppers will be able to stock up on three delicious flavors of baking mixes, including Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix, and Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix. All of which are packed with plant-based protein.
