PS Seasoning Adds Sauces to Wing Line; Roxanne Dal Shares

Consumers are pulling up to their friends and families’ houses with PS Seasoning’s newest products in hand. The specialty provider has introduced multiple SKUs, expanding its line of wing sauces to include Pineapple Sriracha, Maple Bourbon, Candied Jalapeño, and Hot Honey Peach flavors.

“We’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of flavor,” said Roxanne Daly, Brand Manager at PS Seasoning. “We didn’t want to do a traditional buffalo or BBQ; our goal is to create something completely new to the market while still utilizing flavors that are familiar and delicious.”

The new sauces provide a balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors that go beyond the traditional flavor profiles of a buffalo wing. The sauces, which are versatile enough to be used as dipping sauces, glazes, cooking sauces, and more, include:

• Pineapple Sriracha: A tropical twist with a sweet and spicy blend of pineapple juice, brown sugar, and zesty Sriracha
• Maple Bourbon: Infused with the rich and robust notes of bourbon and the sweet warmth of maple syrup, this mild sauce will make your wings the star of any gathering
• Candied Jalapeño: Inspired by the sweet and spicy Cowboy Candy, this wing sauce is the perfect blend of real jalapeños, sugar, and vinegar
• Hot Honey Peach: The perfect blend of fruit and heat, this sauce marries the natural sweetness of peaches with a fiery kick of hot honey

According to a press release, the Pineapple Sriracha, Maple Bourbon, Candied Jalapeño, and Hot Honey Peach wing sauces are now available for individual purchase on PS Seasoning’s website.
