With such a storied history, the company is well-recognized for its gargantuan sandwiches, smoked and cured meats, potato knishes, and creamy, decadent cheesecake. The brand partners with over 100 restaurants and delis across the nation to bring premium products to shelves, meeting the same high standards set by the deli in 1937.

“When retailers add Carnegie Deli Pastrami and Corned Beef to their deli section, they can say with authority that they now offer New York-style deli,” Sarri explains. “Using our family recipe, we cook our meat slow, low, and with lots of love and flavor. One bite and retail customers will be transported to Manhattan. My mom, Marian Harper, and I are the second and third-generation Carnegie Deli owners. We strive to uphold the same standards that earned Carnegie its iconic name, and to provide our customers with the ultimate New York deli experience.”

To further bolster the brand name, Carnegie Deli consistently announces new partnerships and product launches. Last year, the company partnered with Mel Brooks' team to launch the "Mel Brooks: A Memoir and a Nosh" kit, as well as The Matzo Project to launch the "Better Than Bubbe's Matzo Ball Soup Kit." The brand also offers seasonal kits, including the Valentine's Day Sweethearts Gift Box, the NYC Holiday Feast, and creative packages for Mother's Day and Father's Day.

The brand’s most recent partnership primes it for even further growth, as Murray’s Cheese will be offering some of the company’s products—including its pastrami and corned beef, as well as chocolate and cinnamon babkas—for nationwide shipping and within their three New York City retail shops.
