This debut marks the company’s first foray into the shelf-stable, grab-and-go snacking category, but with a focus on innovative flavors and unique collaborations that will shake up the sector.

The charcuterie brand’s range of three distinctive salami sticks marries its longstanding tradition of quality and craftsmanship with a contemporary twist that gives consumers the opportunity to enjoy a convenient, affordable snack. According to a release, the offerings explore diverse flavors by partnering with New York-based brands that are also committed to creating exceptional products.

Each Salami Stick is made from humanely raised, antibiotic-free, vegetarian-fed pork and is free of artificial ingredients. The three special flavors include:

  • The Mike's Hot Honey salami stick expertly melds the Schaller & Weber salami with the sweet heat of the signature Mike's Hot Honey to create the perfect balance of sweet and spicy
  • Hudson Whiskey’s “Do The Rye Thing” stick seamlessly infuses salami with the bold essence of Hudson Whiskey's premium rye, capturing the rich, spicy notes of rye whiskey for a robust flavor experience
  • The Crown Maple salami stick masterfully blends the rich salami flavors with the natural sweetness of maple syrup enhanced by an undertone of hickory smoke

These collaborative Salami Sticks will be available online starting May 1 and at the company’s Yorkville store and select retailers across the United States.
