What’s next on the list of continuous Trader Joe’s expansion plays, you ask? It seems the grocer is accelerating its growth in the California market with a new store in Ladera Ranch, California. This comes shortly after the company made moves to expand its presence in Michigan, Pennsylvania, California, New York, and more.
“We've consulted our maps and compass and have found a terrific location for a store in Ladera Ranch, CA,” the company stated in its most recent announcement ahead of the grand opening. “Please join Captain Mike and Crew for the Grand Opening Celebration!”
The new store is located at 27542 Antonio Pkwy, and officially opened its doors last week, on Friday, August 16, at 9 a.m.
Trader Joe’s has continued to execute a seemingly ambitious multi-market expansion plan. In July, the retailer announced a trio of new locations in North Carolina, New York, and California. The retailer also brought new stores to California, Pennsylvania, and Washington in June.
