US Foods Launches 2023 Spring Scoop™; Stacey Kinkaid Comments

If you’re looking for ways to differentiate yourself in the foodservice sphere, US Foods has you covered with a plethora of exciting solutions to garner consumer attention. Recently, the distributor released its Spring 2023 Scoop™ with the theme “Stand Out from the Crowd,” which features 20 products that can help its partners shake up their menus.

Spring Scoop products are designed to save an operator at least 30 minutes of labor per case as compared to making the item from scratch, with some products saving up to 90 minutes or more per case, according to a press release. They can be utilized in a variety of dishes, from stars of the plate to ingredient bases for side dishes, appetizers, dressings, and cocktails.

Spring Scoop features a variety of on-trend globally inspired flavors, including:
