With the event taking place April 16-18, the organizations are now touting the unique networking opportunities available to attendees.

John Umhoefer, Executive Director, Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association"The next generation of industry leaders is here, forging new paths to a more sustainable, more profitable, and more globally competitive future for dairy processors. Following the popular Tetra Pak Welcome Reception on Tuesday, April 16, WCMA will host an evening of fun and networking at Drink Wisconsinbly Pub. Tickets for this event must be purchased separately during CheeseExpo registration, a press release stated.

On Wednesday, April 17, during the Collegiate Dairy Products Evaluation Contest, teams of undergraduates will test their skills in grading cheese, butter, yogurt, milk, and ice cream. The competitors who score closest to the expert evaluations are honored with awards.
