“Our new co-packer, family-owned and operated in N.Y.C, has opened up new opportunities for Z Crackers including, but not limited to, retail line growth, exploration of different packaging formats, and new partnerships,” Co-Owner Pam Pollack tells me. “This allows us to expand, as this facility has unlimited capacity for upward growth for Z Crackers. With 2020 setting record sales for us, we definitely have had some growing pains, and we are so happy to have this bakery supporting us now.”

Z Crackers has been officially producing its products at the New York facility since June, and its automated packaging line and increased capacity has allowed the supplier to explore new packaging formats such as single-serve portion packs and snack packs.
“For years, we have been approached regarding snack packs and single-serve portion packs,” Pam adds. “This new partnership has set us up to explore this avenue and bring new packaging developments to market.”
