Allison Schuman Discusses Schuman Cheese's Newest Whisps Flavor

Schuman Cheese unveiled the latest offering in its line of Cello Whisps at this year’s Winter Fancy Food Show. The company's Asiago & Pepper Jack Cheese Crisps are a spicy, perfectly compatible addition to its signature line of cheese crisps.

“Our asiago…is really nutty and savory, but when you mix that with the spices [of pepper jack] it just gives a really nice burn,” Allison Schuman, National Sales Manager tells us, “but with that umami flavor that keeps people coming back for more.”

Schuman’s Cello Crisps are made with the company’s award-winning cheeses and are:

  • All-natural
  • rBST-free
  • Gluten-free
  • High-Protein

The Asiago & Pepper Jack Cheese Crisps are made with 100% real asiago and pepper jack cheeses and offer a whopping 12 grams of protein per serving in a convenient and toothsome snack.

“The nice surprise, there,” Allison notes, “is it’s not just super-hot heat, but it’s also got that complexity to the flavor with the asiago.”
