Do you know about Cello Whisps, Arthur Schuman’s new Parmesan cheese crisp? If not, we spoke with Allison Schuman, National Account Sales Manager, about the secrets behind the already buzz-worthy product, and what makes them unique.
“The typical process of baking cheese, you put it in the oven at 350 degrees and it bakes off,” Allison explains. “We’ve used a method that is not readily available in the United States, and through that process of baking the product, we get a really nice light crisp.”
Arthur Schuman’s Cello Whisps are all-natural, gluten and wheat-free, and contain only a single ingredient—parmesan cheese.
“It’s a concentrated parmesan, so it brings out all those umami flavors that are really on trend,” Allison continued. “When you just have one ingredient, the quality is really the most important thing.”
