Starting its rich cheese-making history in 1919, Cabot Creamery has reached back to its roots of its humble Vermont beginnings with its Cabot’s Founders’ 1919 Collection line of traditional cheeses. I met up with the company’s New Products Manager, Craig Gile, who gave me the details on all four of the company’s unique cheddars.
“Retailers are gonna be really excited to have a cheese that looks really amazing with some high-end packaging, has a nice detail of our background story, along with some interesting notes about what’s going on with this cheese,” Craig shared.
Cabot is offering four varieties of cheeses in the Founders’ 1919 Collection line: Orne Meadows, Private Stock, Adirondack, and Lamberton.
