Seasoned executive and industry veteran Chad Vincent has been named as the new CEO for the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.
Vincent brings with him a plethora of leadership experience, with the WMMB noting that he has successfully spearheaded startups, turnarounds, family-owned brands, and Fortune 50 divisions. Having previously served the last seven years as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior VP of Strategic Development at Sartori Cheese, he brings both dairy and branding savvy to this latest position.
“I am extremely excited about our new hire, Chad,” said WMMB Board Chair, Connie Seefeldt, of Coleman, Wisconsin. “The board is really impressed with his experience, and we are excited to see how he will improve upon the fantastic work our team has been doing.”
Seefeldt said she believes Vincent will help WMMB enhance already-strong promotional work, as well as help strengthen partnerships with processors, farmers, industry partners, and consumers, according to a press release.
"The universal positive response I received during my national outreach to potential candidates during this executive search speaks volumes about the excellent reputation of the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board and Wisconsin dairy products," stated Fred Pabst, Dairy Industry Practice Leader for Herd Freed Hartz Executive Search Partners, on the process of searching for a new CEO before the board chose Vincent.
Vincent is noted as successfully taking sales and profitability to record levels. Prior to his time with Sartori, he held executive positions with H.J. Heinz, Miller Brewing Company, Fiskars Brands, and other consumer products and beverage companies.
Vincent’s post becomes effective December 1, 2016.
