Details Announced for 11th Annual California Artisan Cheese Festival

PETALUMA, CA
Wednesday, December 14th, 2016

I don’t know about you, but my 2017 calendar is quickly populating before I’ve even ring in the New Year! Time can get away from us in our ever-moving industry, especially when it comes to planning ads and key events that you can’t miss throughout the year, so it’s never too soon to plan ahead.

California's Artisan Cheese Festival

What I’m saying is, if you think December of 2016 is too early to start strategizing how you’re going to get to the 11th Annual California Artisan Cheese Festival, one of the Golden State’s premier cheese events, it most certainly is not.

Tom Birdsall, Founder and President, California's Artisan Cheese Festival

“We are very proud of California’s artisan cheese-making community which has grown exponentially over the last 11 years,” said Festival Founder and President Tom Birdsall. “We love supporting and showcasing the incredible array of talented artisan cheese producers we have in California, and offering fun, delicious, and interactive ways for attendees to experience the food they love.”

Scheduled to take place March 24-26, 2017, in and around the Sheraton Sonoma County in Petaluma, many new festival elements are being introduced this year. According to a press release, this year’s festival offers everything from educational sessions and tastings included in every artisan tour to a swanky Saturday night cheese and cocktail party.
