Di Stefano Cheese Reveals New Logo and New Products

Tuesday, January 12th, 2016

The New Year is just getting started, but Di Stefano Cheese has lots in store to showcase during the upcoming Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, California, including a new look, new products, and plans for expansion.

The young, family-owned Southern California dairy business will be unveiling its new logo this weekend, shedding the former design created by owners and cheesemakers Mimmo and Stefano Bruno to further emphasize the company’s connection to Italy and to the dairy farmers that deliver milk fresh daily just down the street from its production facility in Pomona. Both modern and clean, the new logo celebrates the Di Stefano’s growth and maturation in the industry.

“As we celebrate the growth of our company with our expansion to a 10,000 square foot production facility, we find it important to maintain the relationships we have developed with the farmers that we get our milk fresh daily from,” Alyssa Lightner, National Sales Manager, tells me. “Because we get all of our milk supplies from one dairy, that ensures the quality and the freshness of the milk remains consistent for all of our fresh-to-order cheeses.”

Di Stefano Cheese is most widely known for its fresh Mozzarella, Ricotta, Mascarpone, and Burrata cheeses, but there’s still plenty more to come in the near future. Fancy Food Show attendees will be able to see the company’s latest additions to its portfolio for retailers, including new Mozzarella Pearls, 8 ounce Mozzarella Cryovac Balls, and Stracciatella.
