Lactalis American Group's Helena Aleman Introduces New Product Line

The consumer fascination with cheese has only ramped up in recent years as foodie culture continues to grab hold of taste buds across the globe. But tapping into that love for creamy, milky decadence and taking it one step further is a whole other level of capturing the hearts of cheese lovers. Trying their hand at a value-added offering is Lactalis American Group, with its brand new line of Feta Marinated Cubes.

Recently, I had the opportunity to get an in-depth look at the new product lineup from Marketing Manager Helena Aleman.

Helena Aleman, Marketing Manager, Lactalis American Group “We're launching a new lineup of Feta Marinated Cubes. It's three SKU's and three different flavors. We have Pepper Medley, traditional Olive Oil, and Herbs de Provence,” Helena shared, explaining the breadth of variety the new line will offer.

Lactalis uses sheep’s milk feta and a light marinade to both give the line its unique flavor and to make the products a spot-on complement for any and all eating occasions.

“They're perfect for either entertaining, as an appetizer, on a salad, as a snack—it's basically a new usage for feta,” Helena explained.
