BJ Frank, Regional Sales Manager, recently took the time to walk me through Laura Chenel’s latest products as the company looks to better reach certain key markets.
The company’s new line of 3.5 oz medallions, launched at the Summer Fancy Food show in June and now being made available both on the east and west coasts, is one of the newest innovations from the chevre cheese provider.
“We are really trying to capture that part of the market that is looking for a smaller size, and a really high-quality, fresh, local milk cheese with a really great price point," BJ shares.
The new product line is available in five flavors that are both unique in the sector and on-trend with consumer demands. These include:
And, BJ emphasizes as one of the company’s most important prerogatives, the milk is all locally sourced from its home in Northern California.
