May 13th Marks the Last Day to Enter American Cheese Society Judging & Competition

Today, May 13, is the final day to enter the ACS Judging & Competition before the entry fee increases!

If you're a cheesemaker and you haven't entered yet, you'll save on your entry fees if you enter by tonight at 11:59 PM MDT. The fee for late entries (accepted from May 14 - 20) will increase from $60 to $85 per entry.

Judging will take place on July 25 and 26, 2016 at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Iowa, immediately before Cheese in the Heartland: the 33rd Annual ACS Conference. Winners will be revealed at the annual Awards Ceremony on Friday, July 29 at the Iowa Events Center. For those cheesemakers unable to attend, the ceremony will be live-streamed online, so that everyone can witness this edge-of-your-seat cheese battling.
