The International Deli-Dairy-Bakery Association show is now only mere days away, and Norseland, Inc. is gearing up to feature several new products. From June 4 to June 6, the company will be showcasing new products from Jarlsberg® Cheese, Lotito Foods Cheese Folios™, as well as its complete line of exciting cheese brands at the show.
In addition to these delicious offerings, patrons will have the opportunity to meet Chef George Duran, a celebrity chef and author of “Take This Dish and Twist It.” Known for hosting Food Network’s “Ham on the Street” and TLC’s “Ultimate Cake Off,” Duran will prepare a variety of exciting savory cheese dishes for tasting.
“We are thrilled to have the incredible Celebrity Chef George Duran here at our Norseland booth #3263 at the IDDBA show,” shared Debbie Seife, General Manager of Marketing. “He will be cooking up a delicious storm with a variety of Norseland products including Jarlsberg Cheese, Cheese Folios, Garcia Baquero, Caramore, SnoFrisk, Ski Queen, Gabriella, Caves of Faribault, Old Amsterdam, Parmissimo, and Ilchester. We promise to be the most scrumptious booth at the show!”

Among the new features at the IDDBA Show will be Lotito Foods Folios Cheese Wraps. These lightly baked sheets of cheese are made from Parmesan, Cheddar, or Jarlsberg cheese, and can be wrapped, crisped, shaped, or baked. Folios are crafted from all natural cheese with milk from cows not treated with growth hormone (rBST) and are carb and gluten-free.
The Norseland, Inc. exhibit can be found at booth #3263. The show will run Sunday and Monday, June 4 and 5 from 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., and Tuesday June 6 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
