The fourth-generation, family-owned operation is approaching Winter Fancy Food Show with a number of innovative items, including:
- Rumiano Raw Organic Cheeses - The company’s first raw cheese, Rumiano Organic Raw Medium Cheddar is now available in 8 oz blocks. This rich and delicious cheese is crafted with locally-sourced, fresh raw organic milk from small, generational dairy families in the Redwood Coast and are aged a minimum of 90 days
Rumiano Organic Grated and Shredded Cups in Parmesan and Romano - Available in convenient 6 oz tubs, Rumiano’s latest line of convenient, classic Italian cheeses will be hitting shelves this February
Rumiano Redwood Coast Cheeses - Fourth-generation Rumiano Family cheesemakers are putting a distinctly Left Coast twist on the century-old traditions of their great-grandparents with a bold new flavor: Sriracha Jack. Available in 8 oz blocks, Sriracha Jack is the first variety in the company's new Rumiano Redwood Coast line of amazing, nutrient-rich North Coast Cheeses
Attendees at the Specialty Food Association’s Winter Fancy Food Show, held at San Francisco, California’s Moscone Center, January 13-15, can sample Rumiano’s new items and learn more about the storied history of California’s oldest family-owned cheese company at booth #6802.
