The artisan cheese pioneers at Schuman Cheese are taking an artisan approach to the convenience world—with two new product lines set to officially launch at the 2018 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York, New York, on June 30. Schuman Cheese will be showcasing Both Cello Quick Fix and Cello Cheese Flights at booth #456.
According to the company’s press release, both of Schuman Cheese’s new products, coming to market under the company’s flagship brand, offer an easy, convenient way for consumers to enjoy exceptional artisan cheeses.
With Schuman Cheese’s new Cello Quick Fix snack packs, the company hopes to make snacking effortless—with perfectly portioned combinations of savory, award-winning Schuman Cheeses and Olli Salumeria’s artisan slow-cured salami. A simple artisan cracker finishes each Quick Fix with a flourish.
Flavor pairings include:
Each 2-ounce pack delivers 14 grams of protein per serving and at least 10 percent of the recommended daily calcium intake. Each “Fix” is offered in a Quick Fix Caddies with four of the 2-ounce packages or Quick Fix Shippers with nine of the four-pack caddies.
Similarly, Cello Cheese Flights offer a convenient trio of curated cheese paired with recommendations for complementary beer and wine pairings. Each of the high-end, quality cheeses has been curated harmoniously, offering a low-risk way for consumers to explore new flavors.
The first-to-market flight features Cello Copper Kettle—the only U.S. Parmesan made using a traditional copper vat for a one-of-a kind award-winning flavor—as well as two award-winning cheeses from the Yellow Door Creamery brand; Altu, a Gruyere-style cheese with notes of fruit and an earthy, nutty finish, is a star of the Alpine Collection, and Tuscan Rubbed Fontina is one of the most celebrated Hand-Rubbed Fontinas, with its smooth, creamy texture and vibrant blend of Italian herbs and spices on the rind.
Cello Cheese Flights will be offered in packs of 14 10-ounce trays with an attractive presentation and beverage pairing suggestions eliminate the guess-work, making Cheese Flights an optimal choice for hosts, entertaining, and special occasions.
Additionally, Schuman Cheese will be featuring its newly rebranded Montforte line, which debuted to retail audiences earlier in the year, and a new website that offers a deeper look into the history and making of this world-class brand. The new Montforte branding celebrates the heritage and exceptional care that goes into the line of hand-crafted, small-batch Blue and Gorgonzola cheeses.
