While Winter Fancy Food Show is over and done with, my taste buds are still recovering from the tip-top quality of our industry’s latest product debuts. Will I ever be able to eat a plain old snack again? Probably not, and that’s for the best tbh! While there seemed to be too many awe-inducing creations to list from the show, one snack that I can’t stop daydreaming about is Sonoma Creamery’s Sonoma® Savory Seed™ Baked Cheese Toppers.
“We are excited about our new Savory Seed Toppers,” said President and CEO John Crean. “Perfect to sprinkle on salads, soups, as a crunch layer in a sandwich, or just to snack on, these Toppers are cheesy, crunchy, keto-friendly, gluten-free, all natural, and have zero sugar. Made using 10-month aged parmesan and aged white cheddar, we include organic pumpkin seeds and organic sunflower seeds to create a unique and compelling flavor combination.”
According to a press release, Sonoma Creamery’s latest launch complements its other innovations, including Sonoma® Cheese Crisp Bars, Sonoma® Cheese Crisps, and Mr. Cheese O’s, all of which are available in a variety of on-trend flavors and are made with simple, clean ingredients.
Sonoma Creamery’s new Savory Seed Baked Cheese toppers are now available at select Costcos in Northern California. If you haven’t tried them yet, let me be the first to tell you that you’re missing out!
