While Starbucks isn’t shy to turn out new drinks what seems like every couple of weeks, the chain’s latest launch contains a first for frappuccinos: yogurt! But before us U.S.-based consumers announce an office-wide Starbucks run to try the latest menu additions, consider suggesting an office-wide Starbucks plane ride as the two new frappuccinos are only available in the Philippines.
According to Rappler, the Apricot and Peach Yogurt Frappuccino and the Acai Mixed Berry Yogurt Frappuccino will be available at Starbucks locations in the Philippines starting July 24th. Both of the new drinks feature layers of fruit, yogurt, and sauce or milk foam, and are making my mouth water. I’m getting parfait-but-you-can-drink-through-a-straw vibes and I’m here for it.
