For over 30 years, Vermont Creamery has made it its mission to bring the highest-quality goat cheese, creme fraiche, and cultured butter to American tables. Now in a new video entitled, A Cheese and Butter Love Story, the team behind the company's products tells the history of how the company came to be.
“The business is like having a child. When the business is young, you nurture it, you’re with it all the time—it’s really an extension of yourself,” explained Allison Hooper, Co-Founder of Vermont Creamery at the video’s open. “Like our children, the business grows up, and you hope that you instilled all the values that you’ve learned and they carry them forward. I want to make sure we give back and we leave the world better for our grandkids than it is today.”
Originating in 1984 as a startup company in Vermont, the company is now 33 years strong, and as committed to its values as ever. See more from Co-Founders Allison Hooper and Bob Reese as they share their cheese and butter love story in the video above, while hearing from Miles, Farm Manager at Ayers Brook Goat Dairy, and seeing the goats behind the delicious and award winning cheeses.
