Yuengling’s Ice Cream has announced a partnership with Sheetz convenience stores geared to bringing the company’s super-premium ice cream to over 300 Sheetz locations in six states ranging from Ohio to North Carolina.
“Americans today are always on the go, looking for everything at their fingertips,” said David Yuengling, President of Yuengling’s Ice Cream. “We’re happy to partner with Sheetz to provide on-the-go workers, soccer moms, and travelers our delicious ice cream as a sweet treat during their busy day.”
Sheetz has long been known for its on-the-go offerings. The convenience store first operated as a dairy store in 1952, nearly 20 years before introducing gasoline pumps and self-serve gasoline to Central Pennsylvania, and its latest partnership with fellow Pennsylvania company Yuengling’s Ice Cream promises to provide an even greater selection of fresh, local, premium products.
“At Sheetz, we are focused, 24 hours per day and 365 days per year, on the complete satisfaction of our customers,” said Ryan Sheetz, AVP of Brand Strategy for Sheetz. “We are proud to partner with an iconic brand such as Yuengling's Ice Cream in giving our customers an extra choice when looking for a cool treat this summer.”
Participating stores will be able to offer their customers six flavor of Yuengling’s Ice Cream products, including: its signature Black & Tan, award-winning Vanilla, Root Beer Float, Sea Salt Caramel, Peanut Butter Cup, and Vanilla Fudge Chunk with Pretzels.
Yuengling’s Ice Cream notes that Sheetz and other stores carrying the company’s products can be found by ice cream aficionados using the company’s store locator.
