Eye-catching graphics and designs, and mouth-watering crafted cheeses were an abundant treat to the senses at this year’s California Artisan Cheese Festival in Petaluma, CA. Zachary Pass, National Sales Manager for Laura Chenel and Marin French Cheese, took a brief step away from show's commotion to tell us about the companies' newest retail brandings.
“Pretty much everywhere throughout the entire country has brought these products in, and now people are starting to enjoy them,” Zachary tells me of the offered Laura Chenel cheeses.
So what exactly is new to the line? Zachary tells us packages with extended shelf life, a deli cup sizing that makes the Chef’s Chevre product more accessible to retail consumers, and a brand new Spicy Cabecou.
