Ample Hills Creamery

We make our ice cream in Brooklyn, from scratch and by hand, at our 15,000 sq ft Red Hook Factory. In fact, we made ice cream history as the first to pasteurize on-site in New York City, making us a registered dairy plant and earning us the nickname of “Brooklyn’s freshest.”
