André’s Confiserie Suisse

Master Konditor-Confiseur André Bollier and his wife Elsbeth emigrated from Basel, Switzerland in June of 1955 to open a typical Swiss Confiserie producing only the highest quality confections in the Swiss tradition. In October of that same year, the dream became reality and André's was introduced to the unsuspecting Midwesterners of Kansas City.
