bumble & butter

We began in the spring of 2017 on a college campus in Ithaca, New York. Since high school, I had gifted culinary-inspired flavors of granola to my friends, playing with interesting ingredients like clementines, curry, and rosemary. With the encouragement of my classmates to continue crafting the granola of my dreams, I got in touch with local beekeepers and dairy farms in upstate NY and got myself into a commercial kitchen. Soon enough, word got out across campus and the local community — and so, bumble & butter came to be.
