Committed to continuous improvement and innovation, Hilmar serves customers in more than 40 countries from our two manufacturing facilities with one on the way in 2024 - our headquarters location in Hilmar, California, our state-of-the-art Dalhart Texas facility and soon-to-be production site in Dodge City, Kansas. Our production facilities convert an abundance of high-quality milk into a variety of cheese and whey products. We specialize in the production of cheddar and natural cheese utilized by private label and national brand companies. Hilmar also manufactures a wide range of whey protein concentrates, whey protein hydrolysates, and whey protein isolates and edible lactose.
