Halo Top Creamery indulges in a favorite holiday activity without the stress, mess, and need for architectural finesse with the debut of its brand-new seasonal flavor, Gingerbread House, available for a limited time this December.
“Gingerbread House was a really fun flavor to make,” said Justin Woolverton, Founder and CEO, in a press release. “Not only is it delicious, we think it’s a great follow-up to our first seasonal flavor, Pumpkin Pie. We hope our fans enjoy this seasonal flavor as much as we do!”
And consumers won’t have to fret about extra holiday pounds because like the rest of the Halo Top 24-flavor collection, Gingerbread House is low-calorie (360 calories per pint!) yet decadent, and loaded with ginger cookie bites and rich swirls of icing.
Halo Top is also giving L.A.-based consumers an early gift this year with the opening of its very first standalone scoop shop. Starting November 15, Halo Top will roll out its own take on soft serve. With toppings galore and unique cones to choose from (“puffle” cones?! blue taco cones?!), the Scoop Shop will offer classic flavors like Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, Strawberry, Birthday Cake, Peanut Butter Cup, and Pistachio with the Halo Top twist of 90 calories per serving.
“We are so excited to open our first brick-and-mortar Halo Top Scoop Shop, and it’s really a dream come true for us,” said Woolverton, according to a report by Today. “The only time I ‘cheat’ on Halo Top is when I get frozen yogurt loaded with toppings. Our goal with the Scoop Shop is to let our fans add all the toppings they could possibly want to a soft serve version of Halo Top–which is incredibly delicious and ditches the tanginess of frozen yogurt.”
