Following the departure of Plated’s Co-Founder Josh Hix from his CEO role earlier this year, the Albertsons-owned meal kit company announced more changes to its staff that many in our industry are trying to decipher. In the email, Wilcox noted that the cuts come during a time when Plated is focusing on reducing expenses and better utilizing company operations.
