California Milk Advisory Board Launches Texas Retail Promotion

September marks not only the beginning of fall, but Hispanic Heritage Month. Celebrating the traditions and flavors of Mexico, which so deeply influence the culture of California, the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) has launched a consumer retail promotion highlighting the Golden State’s Hispanic-style cheeses and dairy products.

Created to increase awareness for Hispanic-style cheeses, cremas, breakfast cream, and dips at Texas retailers, the Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with California’s Hispanic Dairy promotion features integrated digital media and in-store elements. According to a release, promotional support includes coupons, Instacart SEO, shopper marketing, Chicory recipe search, and banner ads.

Additionally, advertising and public relations surrounding the campaign will include digital banners, microinfluencer partnerships, and social amplification, as well as earned media outreach to spotlight recipe trends.

CMAB’s campaign will run from mid-September to mid-October in partnership with retailers including H-E-B, Kroger, Walmart, Fiesta Stores, and more. In total, 1,103 locations will participate.
