These new rolls will be baked in Canyon Bakehouse's dedicated gluten-free bakery in Colorado. Complementing the provider's existing portfolio, the newly introduced Hawaiian Sweet Rolls are made with whole grains and carefully selected and sourced ingredients. All of Canyon Bakehouse's products are Certified Gluten Free and free of dairy, soy, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts.
The new products pair beautifully with sweet or savory dishes at any time of day, offering a sweet flavor with a soft, pillowy texture and no trans or saturated fats.
As noted in a recent press release, this strategic launch expands Canyon Bakehouse's footprint further into the rolls category, shortly following the launch of its gluten-free Brioche-Style Sweet Rolls nationwide last May.
