Pulling out all the stops, Caputo Cheese is getting ready to bring the decadent flavors of Italian cheese to this year’s Cheesemonger Invitational. Showcasing its lineup of high-quality offerings and award-winning varieties, the cheesemaker will give attendees the opportunity to partake in some exquisite recipes, all headlined by its cheese products.

On June 12, at Brooklyn Steel in New York, attendees of the Cheesemonger Invitational can visit with Caputo Cheese while sampling a myriad of flavorful creations, a press release explained. Among the offerings are whipped Ricotta toast with saffron-infused honey and roasted pistachios; decadent grilled cheese sandwiches with hand-crafted Fresh Mozzarella Fettine slices, Havarti, and pear mostarda from Quince & Apple; and Caputo Cheese’s award-winning Nodini knots and Cigliegini.

The invitational aims to showcase the passion, knowledge, and skill of cheesemongers across the United States while giving audiences the excitement of competition and the flavors of delicious offerings. This marks the 11th year of the event, and attendees can expect their experience to be taken to new heights.
