Dollar Tree is continuing the build-out of its executive ring with Pedro Voyer now on board. Voyer will be stepping into his new role as Chief Development Officer.

Wielding over 25 years of expertise, Voyer joins Dollar Tree with several leadership positions under his belt. He previously was with JAB Holding Company as Senior Vice President, General Manager International for Panera, and Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer International for JAB-owned Caribou Coffee and Einstein’s Bagel Brands.
According to the release, Voyer has also served as Chief Development Officer, Americas for Burger King Corporation, where he was responsible for the U.S. and Canadian portfolio of more than 7,500 company stores, 2,000-plus new store openings, construction, facilities, and more than 600 franchise relationships. His extensive career includes major names such as Starbucks, YUM Brands, Tricon, and PepsiCo International.

An alumnus of Bain & Company Consulting, Voyer holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela and an MSC/MBA from the Tokyo Institute of Technology/MIT.

Pedro’s addition represents the sixth Chief officer that has joined the company in less than five months.
