Time, in partnership with Statista, evaluated companies based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) actions. Grupo Bimbo secured the 127th position out of 1,000 companies and ranked in the top 10 of the global food category, underscoring its exceptional performance on a worldwide scale.
According to a press release, the evaluation incorporated survey data from approximately 170,000 participants across more than 50 countries, assessing factors such as working conditions, salary equity, and overall workplace environment.
The criteria for selection included revenue benchmarks, with companies required to have at least 100 million dollars in revenue for 2023, as well as positive revenue growth from 2021 to 2023.
