Our industry is quickly gearing up for the anticipated IDDBA 2025 this June 1–3, and product innovation is leading the way. From fresh-cut fruit to ready-to-eat meals and salads, and much more, Taylor Farms is bringing a variety of exciting offerings into the spotlight, showcasing its ability to elevate any retailer’s deli and specialty space.
“Taylor Farms has been exhibiting with the IDDBA for 21 years, and we’re proud to be a part of this impactful organization, which provides valuable tools to support growth,” shared Maureen Davis, National Director of Sales and Strategy for Taylor Farms Deli Prepared Foods. “Each year, we display and showcase our platform of fresh items that highlight the breadth of our capabilities and expertise. This includes a diverse range of offerings such as fresh-cut fruit, snacks, breakfast solutions, green salads, ready-to-eat meals, and wet salads. The booth will highlight our dedication to providing high-quality, fresh products.”
During the show, Taylor Farms will highlight several areas of recent growth, including a new lineup of fruit, snacks, sandwiches, and salads that have elevated its Taylor Farms-branded fresh program. The company is also spotlighting its new item assortment in the fresh snacking space, including its licensing capabilities with its sister company, Crunch Pak.
Product innovation will be a key element of focus as Taylor Farms showcases its entertaining and meal solutions, as well as a new assortment of flavors in its pre-packaged wet salad line. This lineup has also been fortified with a new branded program in partnership with the iconic condiment brand Hellmann’s.
“Now is a particularly strong time to spotlight these offerings as consumers continue to seek fresh, convenient, and health-forward options,” Maureen added. “This year, we’re especially excited to spotlight our culinary innovation and category leadership with this new assortment.”
Another key area of growth for Taylor Farms is the provider’s sustainable packaging alternatives, which will soon be showcased in new fresh segments.
“We’re empowered by our leadership to provide fresh, sustainable solutions, and we have a robust supply chain to deliver fresh items,” Maureen concluded. “Additionally, our drive for improvement involves areas around all processes in the product life cycle, including our incredibly talented culinary team of 12. They collaborate throughout the year outside of their busy day jobs to showcase their talents and always provide us with inspiration.”
