Two innovative bakery players have teamed up in the name of sector evolution, and together they are looking to provide new solutions for the lucrative bakery industry. Puratos and ReGrained are the companies coming together, forming an exclusive collaboration and supply agreement to offer upcycled solutions for commercial baking.

All of this has created an opening for advancement across the sector that ReGrained and Puratos are looking to fill.

Currently, ReGrained and Puratos are well-positioned to offer new solutions due to their knowledge and expertise. ReGrained’s Upcycled Food Lab provides an innovative platform for upcycled product development, while the company has also created SuperGrain, its first certified upcycled ingredient derived from brewers' spent grain, delivering a minimum of 3.5-times the dietary fiber and two-times the plant protein of whole grain flours while lowering net carbs.
