Artisanal is not a term to be taken lightly. The word is reserved only for those eating experiences that truly stand apart from the rest. Reunion Foods recently announced the launch of its own artisanal products, rolling out a new organic charcuterie line: artisanal slow-dried salamis in both pre-sliced and mini chubs formats. Reunion salamis are made from pork that is certified by the Global Animal Partnership, which indicates that pigs are humanely raised with no antibiotics ever, 100 percent vegetarian feed, and no cages, crates, or crowding. All varieties are gluten-free, lactose-free, and made without any fillers or artificial sweeteners.
“We created Reunion with a commitment to making wholesome, better-for-you meat options more accessible, and to set the standard for responsible sourcing and clean labeling,” says Jessica Mosner, Chief Marketing Officer. “We are thrilled to introduce our charcuterie line just in time to elevate the beloved charcuterie board this holiday season.”
Pre-sliced salamis are available in a convenient center-tab resealable 3 oz package in Genoa, Sweet Soppressata, Hot Soppressata, Chorizo, and Pepperoni varieties. Ideal for charcuterie boards, the 6 oz mini chubs are vacuum sealed and available in Gentile, Fennel, Truffle Porcini, Calabrian, and Chorizo offerings. Custom Reunion-branded wooden crates with sections are available to retailers for elegant merchandising of multiple SKUs, as noted in a press release.
Founded by siblings Benjamin, Jessica, and Seth Mosner, third-generation meat purveyors, Reunion was launched in 2017 and offers fresh Organic 100 percent Grass-Fed Beef, Organic Fully Cooked Pork Sausages, and Organic Charcuterie products in retail-ready packaging. The Reunion team is thrilled to launch its charcuterie lines, as the company continues to develop products that meet growing consumer demand for high-quality organic meat products.
Reunion Organic Charcuterie is available at Whole Foods Market locations in the Northeast, MOM’s Organic Market stores, Stew Leonard’s, and other independent grocers on the East Coast. For those who don’t have stores carrying the products in their area or prefer to shop virtually in the current climate, Reunion Organic Charcuterie is also available on the Mosner Family Brands website.
