Rich Products Names Monica Novomisle as EVP and Chief People Officer; Richard Ferranti Comments

Global, family-owned food company Rich Products has announced Monica Novomisle as its new Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer (CPO). With over 20 years of HR leadership experience at companies like KraftHeinz, Diageo, and Tory Burch, Novomisle will join Rich’s executive team and lead its Associate Experience Network (AEN), an innovative approach to delivering exceptional experiences for associates.

According to the press release, Novomisle will oversee Human Resources, Communications, and Workplaces, focusing on moments that matter most to associates.

Novomisle’s career includes leading business transformations and cultural evolutions across the globe, with experience in cities like Beijing, Hong Kong, New York, and Toronto. Most recently, she served as CPO of KraftHeinz North America, overseeing $20 billion in revenue and supporting 20,000 employees.
