For consumers looking to elevate their at-home cooking experience, they need look no further than Savorly. With its eye-catching packaging and scrumptious offerings, the purveyors of sophisticated frozen food are truly changing the game. I spoke with Founder and CEO, David Gotlib, to find out why a new product continues to rock at retail.

David Gotlib, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Savorly“The classic French Gratin is made in a dish with scalloped potatoes and cheese. We made ours smaller, in a portion-controlled and fun-to-enjoy format and elevated the flavor by adding four cheeses to the mix. We also created a more veggie-centric option, swapping potatoes for cauliflower and broccoli,” David shared with me. “This is definitely a fun way to eat your veggies! The great thing is that consumers can use the gratins as a single-serve side dish, appetizer, or snack!”

The Gratins were introduced to buyers at the beginning of the year at the Winter Fancy Food Show, and ever since have received amazing feedback. They are available at Whole Foods in the mid-Atlantic region, The Fresh Market, Nugget Market, Draegers, and Woodland Market.

"Think of the creaminess of mashed potatoes with the texture and cheesiness of baked mac and cheese—definitely the best of both worlds,” David explained when I asked what sets the Gratins apart from other similar products. “The Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratins are a lower carb, more nutritious version of the classic! As with all our products, the Gratins are clean label and NON-GMO. They are also made with gluten-free ingredients and can be prepared in both a conventional oven as well as an air fryer.”

Consumers will find that these Gratins go with just about anything, and their convince and uniqueness make them near impossible to forget.

“We dare to do things differently,” David noted. “This is our mantra and we want to share this with every foodie shopping your store. Consumers love that we have carefully selected the best and most delicious ingredients to create a truly rich experience. It is this experience and the elevated flavors of Savorly products that will keep shoppers coming back for more.”
