As an entry point, a company’s website ought to be impeccable. The latest upgrade from Schaller & Weber features several elements to boost the company’s capabilities and reach. To learn more about what features the company is most excited about, I turned to Jesse Denes, Vice President.
“The two biggest upgrades the site got in terms of features are the jump to Shopify for online retail and the addition of the Destini tracker to support brick-and-mortar sales,” Jesse told me. “Shopify really has become the industry standard in online retail and the streamlined, familiar shopping experience removes many of the barriers to purchase. The Destini tracker is what I'm most excited about. We've grown our national footprint over the past few years, and the store tracker is a great way to engage our customers and help them find our products locally.”
As Schaller & Weber continues to grow nationwide, the number of visitors to its website increases as well. Jesse noted that the new site better serves those interested in finding out more about the company itself or getting its products into their cart.
“Our entire retail line is available, but so is some of our deli and charcuterie,” Jesse added. “So you can take home Schaller & Weber gems like our Lachsschinken, which is cold smoked loin of pork, or our Leberkäse, which you really won't find too easily elsewhere online or at brick and mortar.”
Witnessing Schaller & Weber’s growth over the years has been a joy, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for the specialty meat provider.
