Both the cheese case and chefs' creations are being granted an exciting new refresh as Somerdale International rolls out its extended range of Irish cheeses for retail and foodservice. Optimizing the success of the cheesemaker’s original Claddagh Bó Irish Cheddar, the extended range will now feature a Claddagh Bó Irish Whiskey Cheddar and Claddagh Bó Irish Porter Cheddar.

All three of the alluring cheese are made by the O’Doherty family at their award-winning Old Irish Creamery on the west coast of Ireland, according to a press release.
