Optimizing the success of the cheesemaker’s original Claddagh Bó Irish Cheddar, the extended range will now feature a Claddagh Bó Irish Whiskey Cheddar and Claddagh Bó Irish Porter Cheddar.

All three of the alluring cheese are made by the O’Doherty family at their award-winning Old Irish Creamery on the west coast of Ireland, according to a press release. They are crafted using grass-fed milk to deliver superb taste and texture, with a distinctive packaging to provide real standout appeal on cheeseboards and in the cheese case.
