Being recognized for an integral commitment to the success and well-being of your workforce is not an achievement to be overlooked. Recently, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch recognized Volpi Foods as a winner of the "Top Workplaces 2023" award.
"We are thrilled to be named a Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch," said Lorenza Pasetti, Chief Executive Officer of Volpi Foods. "This award is a testament to our company's culture of collaboration, respect, and innovation. We believe in empowering our employees to reach their full potential, and we are proud of the incredible team we have built here."
This is the third year in a row that the authentic Italian cured meat producer has taken home the prestigious award, which is just the latest in a string of accolades for the company. Volpi Foods, or John Volpi & Company, has been producing premium cured meats since 1902, with a commitment to quality and innovation that has not wavered for over a century.
The Top Workplaces list is compiled annually by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and is based on a survey conducted by Energage, a third-party employee engagement technology partner, a press release explained; this year's survey measured 15 culture drivers, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others. In the end, Volpi was recognized for its strong performance in these areas, in addition to its commitment to creating a positive and supportive workplace environment.
"Being recognized as a Top Workplace is a significant achievement for companies because it is based on authentic feedback from their employees," Eric Rubino, Chief Executive Officer of Energage, states. "In today's market, it is crucial for leaders to create an environment where employees can voice their opinions and be heard, as this is paramount to a company's success."
Congratulations to Volpi on this coveted recognition!
