CheeseExpo 2024 is just around the corner! Hosted by Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR), CheeseExpo offers everything needed to help dairy manufacturers, processors, and their supplier partners achieve their business goals.

For those who haven’t already registered, you won’t want to be left behind! A diverse array of seminars awaits CheeseExpo attendees, diving into topics ranging from sustainability to product safety. The opening keynote will address sustainability on Wednesday, April 17.
In Sustainability: The FrieslandCampina Story, Sumeet Mathur, Managing Director of FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy Americas, shares the Dutch cooperative’s learnings at the cutting edge of dairy sustainability. Mathur currently leads the FrieslandCampina business for North America and Latin America following years of dairy industry experience including strategic roles with Nestlé in India, Switzerland, and Indonesia.
There are a number of seminars that follow, including Dairy Sustainability through the Supply Chain, Cheese Functionality Performance, and Policy Leadership and the 2024 Election.
On Thursday, April 18, attendees can dive into seminars that cover other educational experiences, such as Building Your Workforce on an ESG Foundation, Impact of Dairy on Human Health, Whey Permeate Utilization, and Food Safety information for Dairy Processors.
