Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association Unveils This Year's CheeseExpo Lineup

CheeseExpo Global Online, which is scheduled for April 6–8, has a variety of seminars, showcases, and more to keep attendees interested. Newly announced seminars are sure to pique the interest of those within the industry, as they cover everything from food science to workforce development.

CheeseExpo Global Online’s concurrent seminars kick off each day at 1:30 p.m. (CDT), a press release explained. On Tuesday, April 6, choose from any of the following options live—and access others on-demand.

The seminars are outlined as follows:
