The leaves are changing and so are the menus. In celebrating the season, McAlister's Deli® is adding some fresh new flavors to its offerings, a changeup that kicked off yesterday.
"When the seasons change, so do our guests' palates, and McAlister's is excited to roll out new fall menu items that offer something for everyone," said Paul Macaluso, President of McAlister's Deli in a press release.
New to the deli’s family of foods are a Garlic Herb Roast Beef Sandwich and the house-baked Salted Caramel Cookies.
"The Garlic Herb Roast Beef Sandwich and Salted Caramel Cookie are irresistibly craveable and pair perfectly with our Famous Sweet Tea," Macaluso said.
The new sandwich features premium, tender roast beef, topped with cheddar cheese, herb mayo, tomato and spring mix, served on toasted 9 grain bread. The company said that the item is available as a full sandwich or half when part of McAlister's Choose 2 option.
As for the newest sweet treat, it was described as a balance of sweet caramel and crunchy sea salt, offering a blend of complimentary flavors. Freshly baked in-house, as are all of McAlister’s cookies, the Salted Caramel Cookie can be purchased individually, in 6-cookie bundles, or cookie trays. Bundles are available at select participating locations and said to be perfect for fall and holiday gatherings.
