The Beef Tenderloin and Sides Box, which can be purchased for $129, feeds 6 to 8 people, and comes with two large filets—meant to be glazed with a cherry balsamic sauce. The sides include Rosemary Brie Crostini, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Truffle Mashed Potatoes, and Roasted Stemmed Carrots.
The Turkey and Sides Box, which can be purchased for $159, feeds 8 to 10 people, and comes with a turkey, the above listed sides, and two others: the Warm Cranberry Apple Compote and Turkey Jus. Because no turkey is complete without cranberries and gravy.
